"We had to phone the national office at 1AM to locate someone to check us in. The front office was empty and locked and no one answered the courtesy phone at the door which promised us "immediate access to hotel staff." While overall the value was good, there was no shampoo in the room and the room we had was not adequately soundproofed (#329) so that traffic noises kept us awake at night."

This Homestead property is conveniently located approximately 13 miles from the downtown Denver and 18 miles from the Denver International Airport.

The hotel specializes in extended-stay itineraries and thus provides on-site laundry facilities and provides dry cleaning service. Housekeeping service is provided on a twice-weekly basis for guests staying seven nights or more. Guests staying more than four nights (but less than a week) receive the mid-week refresh only.
